3. Presentation and Recognitions: ¶
3.1 Child Abuse Awareness and Prevention Month 2026 Proclamation Mayor Garza presented the Proclamation to Kati Klores, Friends of DeWitt County Children President. 3.2 UIL All State Choir- Landri Dyer and UIL Film Festival State Championship Winner Julian Henson Mayor Garza presented certificates of recognition to Seniors Landri Dyer and Julian Henson on their accomplishments. 3.3 Cuero Baseball: 80 Years of Tradition and Community Proclamation Mayor Garza read the Proclamation and will be presented at the next home game. 3.4 Brain Awareness Proclamation Mayor Garza presented the Proclamation to Amanda Barnes, Pilot Club of Cuero Inc.

of Cuero being .21 acres of real property Lot 3, Block 5, Hillcrest Addition and Addition in the City of Cuero (Corner of Park Heights Drive and East Courthouse Street)
A. Consider and Deliberate the purchase, exchange and/or value of real ¶
property owned by DeWitt County being 100 acres of real property located in the Samuel Lockhart League, A-28, DeWitt County, Texas, said 100 acres being in the easterly portion of that certain 464.03 acre tract described in Volume 361, Page 139, Official Public Records of DeWitt County, Texas.
