Consider adoption of a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Red Oak, Texas, approving the terms and conditions of an Event License Agreement by and between The Oaks Fellowship Assembly of God d/b/a Oaks Church and the City of Red Oak, Texas; providing for the City Manager to execute such license agreement; and, providing an effective date.
