$6,400.00 from the Sheriff’s Reserve Account for the construction of a memorial.

20. Discussion and possible action to approve a cell phone to be added to our AT&T DIR

contract for the CCAL Adult Drug Treatment Court. The cost of the device is free with a monthly charge of $30.00, funded from the DWI grant.

21. Discussion and possible action to approve a new extension to our Spectrum VOIP con-

tract for the County Clerk’s office. A recurring monthly charge of $15.00 will be funded from the utilities account.

22. Discussion and possible action to approve a transfer of a 2007 Ford Ranger VIN#A74859

from the IT Department to the Purchasing Department.
